Job summary

48forty Solutions in Aurora, CO is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee a team on the Wednesday–Saturday 5:00am–3:30pm shift. You will support the On-Site Manager with schedules, help recruit and develop staff, and ensure safety and HR policies are followed.

The role includes managing supplies, equipment maintenance, and light forklift duties, while maintaining accurate records and a safe work environment. Relogistics branding applies to the posting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification is required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set shift/operating schedules with the On-Site Manager to best serve local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements using proper forms and assist in employee relations with the OSM.
