Job summary

ID Logistics in Ocala, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and move products using powered equipment. You will load, unload, store, and stage items, maintain clean work sites, and ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments.

This full-time, first-shift role runs Sun-Wed, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, with $18.50 per hour and $1.50 shift differential. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, STD/LTD, and vacation/sick time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; three+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
• Must obtain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company).
• Must wear PPE per safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Pick or Put-away boxes from cages into racks (VNA).
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
• Inspect assigned equipment daily.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance as needed.
