Job summary

Wendy's Company in Clyde, OH is seeking a Shift Manager to lead Crew team members, assign tasks, coach, and monitor daily operations to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. You will help with training, follow safety guidelines, support opening/closing procedures, and help control costs while maintaining a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

1+ years of restaurant or supervisory experience.
Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assign, direct, and follow up on Crew activities to ensure QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
Provide guidance and coaching to crew members and delegate tasks.
Ensure proper training and compliance with safety guidelines.
Monitor tasks and apply cost-control practices, including food prep amounts and bin chart usage.
May handle opening or closing procedures.
