Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant or supervisory experience.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and ensure QSC standards.
• Willingness to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Flexible scheduling and ability to stand long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide crew members, delegating tasks.
• Monitor tasks to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Enforce cost-control measures and proper food prep amounts.
• Assist with opening or closing procedures.
• Provide coaching and training as needed.
