Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at 3701 S Flamingo Road, Miramar, FL 33027. You will oversee shift operations and supervise associates to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a pay range of $15.00 to $19.00 per hour. Experience is preferred, and online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to train and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and monitor quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as a point of contact for time-off requests and employee concerns.
• Mentor staff and support advancement within the organization.
