Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee guest experience, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, inventory control, staff scheduling, and teamwork. You’ll cascade training to Sandwich Artists, supervise shifts, and ensure equipment is functioning while completing required paperwork.

Prerequisites include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in a restaurant environment. This is a full-time on-site role with day/evening/weekend shifts; compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
