Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in management.
• Experience leading test technicians in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Experience with HR processes and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead test technician team and set direction for day-to-day operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and coach team members.
• Maintain and communicate test facility schedule to meet customer expectations.
• Provide first-level HR escalation for employee relations, timecards, and PTO requests.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement changes to reduce cycle and setup times.
