Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, supervise staff, and keep the restaurant clean and efficient. You’ll oversee food preparation, inventory, and equipment, and ensure POS accuracy during shift.

Prerequisites include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of restaurant experience. Full-time and part-time shifts with day/evening/weekend options are available, and all applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work any area of the restaurant and operate POS.
