Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead on-shift operations, coach Team Members, and ensure fast, accurate guest service. You’ll work under the RGM/AM, uphold food quality and safety standards, and maintain a clean, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment

• Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback, supporting development, and keeping everyone energized during the shift
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and stepping in wherever needed
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders
