Job summary

MBR Management (a locally owned Franchise of Domino's) in Champaign, IL is seeking a dedicated Shift Runner to lead team members during busy shifts and ensure smooth operations. You will handle food prep, order fulfillment, customer service, inventory, and safety, while training new teammates, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a clean, efficient store environment.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving experience if 18 or older (or 1 year if age 18 or older).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash handling proficiency.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and willingness to learn company procedures.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service or retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Champaign-Urbana area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during shifts.
• Oversee daily operations including food preparation, order fulfillment, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, quality control, and food safety compliance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Train and mentor new team members on policies and procedures.
• Assist in scheduling and staff management to optimize store performance.
• Collaborate with store management on initiatives and goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Contribute to store success by meeting sales targets and improving efficiency.
