Job summary

Atlas Franchise in Tampa, FL is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to guide the team, run daily operations, and deliver best-in-class service while building a positive store culture.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining food safety, training, recruiting assistance, and upholding company policies while ensuring fast-paced service in a busy Jimmy John’s environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry.
• Must be 18+.
• Must be coachable.
• Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
• Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.
