Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaches team members and supports warehouse/vendor processes; registers sales and handles pricing tasks.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, displays, and store cleanliness; supports merchandising and seasonal resets.
