Job summary

PL Developments, Piedmont, SC, is seeking a Lead Stacker to oversee stacking on the production line and guide a small team. The role requires keen attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards, with leadership responsibilities.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 2pm-10:30pm. Competitive pay with a shift differential premium for the 2nd shift. Experience with cGMP and GDP is preferred. Forklift certification and pallet handling are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lead a team by example and coordinate tasks.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
• Forklift and pallet handling training/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Check product cartons for correctly printed shipping information.
• Stack finished products neatly on pallets according to requirements.
• Move finished pallets to Quality Assurance inspection area.
• Wrap pallets with stretch wrap for stability during shipping.
• Assist line staff with changeovers and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Operate handheld devices to complete WIP and print LPNs.
• Report discrepancies to management and coordinate with supervisors.
