Job summary

PL Developments is seeking a Lead Stacker in Piedmont, SC to supervise the stacking and handling of products on the production line. The role requires teamwork, adherence to cGMP standards, and the ability to lead team members toward efficient, safe operations.

The position is on-site with a Sunday-Thursday schedule from 10pm to 6:30am, featuring a competitive pay differential for the 3rd shift. Join a growing company producing OTC pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare goods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check product cartons for correctly printed shipping information.
• Stack finished products neatly on customer-approved pallets.
• Move finished pallets to the Quality Assurance Inspection Area.
• Wrap completed pallets with stretch wrap to ensure stability during shipping.
• Assist line with changeovers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist in end-of-shift cleanup and downtime tasks.
• Perform duties as instructed by Shift Supervisor/Floor Leader.
• Operate handheld devices to complete WIP and print LPNs.
• Verify accuracy of work and report discrepancies.
