Job summary

Starbucks Denver Premium Outlets is seeking a personable retail/food service teammate to deliver legendary customer service, maintain product quality, and support the shift team during busy periods while upholding store standards.

You will help train partners, manage opening and closing tasks, follow cash handling and safety procedures, and foster a welcoming Third Place experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service in a retail or restaurant setting.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience interacting with customers (6 months).
• Dress code compliance (tattoos, piercings).
• Experience delegating tasks to others (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service to customers.
• Maintain calm and operate during high-volume periods.
• Assist with training new partners and coach team.
• Execute store operations and opening/closing duties.
• Follow cash handling and safety/security policies.
• Follow up with baristas to ensure service quality.
