Qualifications

• Certification or licensure as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services, preventive care and pet health needs.
• Manage flow of clients and pets to ensure client care and productivity of the team.
• Provide professional service, educate clients about their pet's health, and assist with or prepare procedures as needed.
• Assist with surgeries and monitor hospitalized or surgical pets.
• Train and mentor paraprofessional associates and ensure medical records are complete.
