Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and preventive care.
• Manage flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient service, welcoming clients and educating them about pet health.
• Perform RVT appointments under supervision of veterinarian where allowed.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history, and scheduling future appointments.
• Assist with surgery as applicable and mentor new paraprofessional staff.
• Maintain accurate medical charts, records, and hospital cleanliness.
