Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Lidl standards for cleanliness, freshness, product availability, and customer service.
• Run assigned shifts in the absence of Store Manager/Asst Manager; ensure smooth operations.
• Handle inventory receiving, cold chain compliance, pricing changes, returns, ordering, and timekeeping.
• Stock, clean, and assist with promotional merchandising as needed.
• Respond to customer concerns and maintain front-end flow.
