Job summary

You will engage customers, assist with vendor deliveries, maintain pricing and signage, and manage inventory counts. English fluency and at least one year of leadership or key holder experience are required.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and start-ups.
• Opens back door for vendor deliveries.
• Registers all related sales on assigned cash register, including price verifications and voids.
• Assists in reviewing order exceptions and reverse logistics.
• Assists in evaluating and developing displays and resets.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and on-hand quantities across departments.
• Ensures pricing accuracy and signage, and compliance with local regulations.
• Assists with bookkeeping activities such as cash reports and bill payments.
• Maintains store appearance and oversees basic department operations.
• Assists with separation of food items and stock rotation as per policy.
• Has working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Assists at Pharmacy out window as requested.
• Ensures compliance with regulated products.
• Bag checks of team members before leaving the store.
• Follows company policies and maintains respectful coworker relationships.
• Completes special assignments as requested.
