Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and coordinate with management.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality; ensure clean, organized shelves and displays.
• Reset departments following POGs; price merchandise and stock shelves.
