Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CASAC-T credential in good standing.
• Minimum two years experience in a substance use disorder treatment setting.
• Trained to dispense medications to clients in case of emergency.

Responsibilities

• Ensures patients adhere to day-to-day program schedule and attendance.
• Monitors participation in program events and activities.
• Conducts routine room/bed checks to ensure resident safety.
• Performs facility safety and security checks.
• Reviews client property for compliance with rules.
• Conducts contraband searches and drug screen administration per policy.
• Leads shift as assigned and documents duties and incidents.
• Mentors patients toward successful program participation and routines.
• Provides supervised transportation to off-site appointments as needed.
• Assists in the medication room when necessary.
