Job summary

Jamba Juice in Marysville, WA is seeking a Lead to guide crew, manage shift flow, and set the tone for a great guest experience. As a key member of the team, you’ll mentor colleagues, ensure smooth operations, and uphold our quality standards.

You’ll train on guest service, food prep, cleanliness, and safety while collaborating with management to achieve store goals. Flexible weekend/holiday availability is preferred, and previous food service or retail experience is welcomed.

• Previous food service or retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of shift flow and keep the team moving with purpose
• Motivate and support team members with clear guidance and encouragement
• Train crew on guest service, food prep, and cleanliness standards
• Step in to assist guests and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
• Ensure every smoothie, bowl, and juice meets our freshness and quality standards
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for action
