Job summary

Quad Graphics is seeking a seasoned shift supervisor for our press operations in Wisconsin. You will lead a crew on the production floor, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive performance improvements. Experience guiding press teams and applying Lean principles is essential.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, scheduling to meet production goals, and collaborating with the Plant Director and other departments. Strong communication and multi-shift availability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8 years in manufacturing operations.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• On-call availability and flexibility to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on the floor in a professional and timely manner.
• Establish and enforce quality, safety, and performance expectations for the crew.
• Lead and direct the work of a shift of press employees following policies and procedures; interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Provide objective performance coaching and feedback to all press operators.
• Evaluate and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules with knowledge of capacity.
