Job summary

Quad/Graphics in Waukesha, Wisconsin is seeking a Full-Time Crew Leader/Floor Supervisor for our Commingle Center across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The role focuses on leading a fast-paced, accuracy-driven operation and ensuring safety and quality in production processes.

You will supervise a team, receive and follow instructions, and communicate effectively to coordinate work. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Ability to work a split shift with Sunday and Wednesday off.
• Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, lift to 70 pounds occasionally, stand for long hours, use hands and wrists continuously in a controlled movement.
• Receive and follow instructions.
• Use vision to identify defects in the product.
• Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and work independently with minimal supervision.
