Responsibilities

• Assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives for sales, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver excellent service and maintain product and image standards.
• Greet customers and take orders professionally and promptly.
• Assist management with scheduling, shift coverage, and task delegation.
• Oversee cash handling, daily reports and POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of FOH/BOH areas and stock levels.
• Assist with inventory and stock ordering as needed.
