Qualifications

• Ability to pass applicable background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with customers and management.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take and process orders accurately, including over the phone and in person.
• Willingness to assist with inventory, scheduling and training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes orders professionally.
• Assists management with inventory control and stock ordering.
• Oversees cash handling, counts registers, and processes daily reports.
• Prepares and packages pizzas and menu items per specifications.
