America's Pizza Company, LLC in Sweetwater, TN is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager and Store Assistant General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations during assigned shifts.

The role focuses on maintaining quality, service standards, supervising staff, training coworkers, handling deposits and labor scheduling per GM guidance, and ensuring a safe environment and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum six (6) months experience in a restaurant, hospitality or retail environment, preferably with team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager with responsibility and management of all associates during assigned shifts.
• Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards.
• Monitor all service equipment.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Train and motivate fellow associates.
• Anticipate customer needs and address concerns.
• Assist with deposits, labor scheduling and product projections and financials for the store with manager approval.
• Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through attitude and example.
