Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience in a restaurant, hospitality or retail environment, preferably with a 'team lead' experience.

Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant General Manager with management of all associates during assigned shifts.
Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards.
Monitor service equipment.
Perform opening and/or closing duties.
Train and motivate fellow associates.
Anticipate customer needs and address concerns.
Assist with labor scheduling, deposits, and store financials as directed by the GM.
Maintain a safe work and customer environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
Other duties as needed.
