Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Palmdale, CA seeks a shift leader to support the management team and cover peak periods. You will lead Team Members, ensure guest satisfaction, and oversee daily operations including opening/closing, shift changes, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, controlling labor, handling guest complaints, and maintaining quality and service standards across FOH and HOH areas. Certification requirements apply for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that 100% of table visits are performed and all Guest issues are resolved throughout the shift
• Lead and coach Team Member performance
• Positively impact sales and profits in the restaurant
• Provide support and direction for Front of House and Heart of House Teams
• Open and close the restaurant, including paperwork
• Run a mid-shift and perform shift change with paperwork
• Break down cash drawers and conduct safe audits
• Inspect credit cards and complete Manager Absolutes
• Perform CVDs (Comps, Voids, Discounts) and Pull Backs
• Perform Server check-outs and document shift highlights
• Monitor daily operations: Heart of House and Bar line checks, QSC
• Monitor food quality, labor, and safety throughout shift
• Receive and manage food and liquor orders; ensure proper storage

Salary Range: $16.50 - $21.00 Hourly

Purpose

The purpose of this position is to provide additional support to the management team and allow for additional coverage during peak periods, or in the absence of a Manager.

Core Job Functions / Responsibilities

Education / Experience
