Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead who will set the tone on the lot, lead the crew, and ensure a fast, safe, and friendly guest experience. You’ll be the point of contact when management isn’t on site, owning opening and closing procedures and keeping the site running smoothly.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a hands-on approach to coaching the team, maintaining wash quality, and driving membership sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote services to drive engagement and sales
• Direct vehicles through wash tunnel and prepare them for washing
• Monitor equipment and enforce safety protocols
• Lead the shift, assign tasks, and support team in absence of Site Leader
• Inspect vehicles for quality and provide feedback to maintain standards
