P. Terry's Burger Stand is hiring for Overnight Shift Managers/Shift Leaders. Part-time and full-time positions available with pay ranging from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and certification level.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Promote teamwork and support others.
• Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others.
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
• Ability to lift, reach and bend over for product.

Responsibilities

• Being responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present.
• Count Inventory.
• Do deposits and count the drawers.
• Have all positions cleaned and closed down.
• Make sure the stand is locked and safe.
• Supporting the team and jumping in where needed, creating a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other’s back.
• Focus on great customer service, treating our guests like family.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.
