Banfield is seeking a Shift Lead to perform the duties of a CSC and/or veterinary assistant/technician, providing continuity and operational support across all shifts and ensuring leadership is onsite to support associates and clients.

You will help coordinate and guide paraprofessional staff, working with Practice Manager and COS to ensure effective communication with clients, associates, Field Leadership, Central Team Support, and PetSmart.
