Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, MFT, or related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted independent licensure in the state as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to independently conduct clinical and risk assessments and provide appropriate crisis intervention services.
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention principles, suicide risk assessment, and trauma informed care.
• Strong verbal communication, written documentation, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced mobile behavioral health crisis services including de-escalation, safety planning, stabilization, and functional support.
• Serve as the clinical lead on assigned shifts, providing real time guidance and decision support to staff.
• Assist with shift coordination, triaging referrals, and deployment of mobile crisis teams.
• Provide clinical oversight for complex, high‑risk, or legally sensitive cases.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client contacts, assessments, and referrals per standards.
