Job summary

Arby's in Jane Lew, WV is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations and lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service and high-quality food. You will manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and ensure safety standards are met while driving sales through promotions.

Interview time is available 12pm EST to 4pm EST. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in fast-food with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and POS systems.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service and quality food.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, safety, sanitation, and inventory.
• Handle cash management, cash register operations, and reporting.
• Create employee schedules to meet business needs.
