Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. is looking for a Shift Manager to help operate the restaurant day-to-day and support the management team in ensuring smooth, high-quality shifts.

You will guide team members, drive customer service excellence, and participate in ongoing training initiatives to uphold our standards. Ideal candidates will have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience, outstanding customer service examples, be 18+, and eligible to work in the United States.
