Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Key Holder to manage daily operations at one of our locations, opening and closing the site, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and helping drive membership sales.

You will greet customers, explain package choices, supervise the team, maintain cleanup and safety, and keep equipment in good order while delivering friendly, energetic service.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
