Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a restaurant events supervisor to lead a team in a high-volume setting, overseeing pre- to post-event planning, coordinating with food and beverage, and driving revenue through effective upselling.

You will train staff, manage inventory, and ensure food safety while upholding Mohegan Sun standards in a casino environment with flexible shifts.
