Job summary

The BrightStar Grill in Mount Holly, NC is seeking a Shift Lead/Assistant Manager in Training to help our restaurant run smoothly and deliver great guest experiences.

You will supervise daily operations, motivate the team, manage inventory, handle till operations, and maintain a clean and safe work environment while resolving guest concerns professionally. This hands-on leadership role supports growth and shaping our service culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant or food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire the team.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• A genuine passion for great food and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
