Job summary

The BrightStar Grill in Mount Holly, NC is seeking a Shift Lead/Assistant Manager in Training to grow into a leadership role. You will supervise daily operations, guide the team, and deliver great customer service in a fast-paced restaurant.

Requirements include at least 1 year in food service, strong leadership and communication skills, multitasking ability, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. A passion for quality food and guest satisfaction is essential.
