Job summary

Shake Shack in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to manage the flow of service, supervise a team of hourly team members, and uphold safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed on each shift.

You will contribute to hiring, training, and employee relations while supporting operational needs such as purchasing and inventory. We offer growth within a dynamic hospitality brand and a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
