Job summary

LPQ USA LLC, part of Convive Brands, seeks team members for our Glendale location. Provide friendly and attentive service to guests throughout their visit, take and enter orders accurately into the POS, and coordinate with the kitchen.

Candidates with 3–6 months restaurant experience, familiarity with POS (Toast a plus), and a willingness to cross-train in dining room and retail spaces are invited to apply. We offer health coverage, PTO, 401k with match after 90 days, and team discounts.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Experience with POS systems; Toast is a plus.
• Flexible schedule preferred.
• Ability to cross-train in dining room and retail spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the visit.
• Receive food and beverage orders, enter into the POS, and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and note preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of pastry, bread, beverages, and retail items.
• Handle guest situations with empathy and escalate to a manager when needed.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures and daily checklists; manage money per cash handling policy.
• Keep areas clean and organized; set up patio furniture and outdoor seating as needed.
