Job summary

Convive Brands is hiring for a hospitality team member at Le Pain Quotidien. You will provide friendly and attentive service, take and enter orders into the POS, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Role requires 3–6 months of restaurant experience, familiarity with POS systems (Toast a plus), and flexibility in scheduling. Training across dining room and retail areas may be provided; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Experience with POS systems, Toast a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required.
• Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the dining room and retail space preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the visit.
• Receive food and beverage orders, enter into the POS, and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and note preferences.
• Prepare drinks for the dining room as needed.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures and daily checklists.
