Job summary

Bossy Beulah’s Ballantyne, a scratch kitchen in North Carolina, is seeking a Shift Lead to help manage day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires leading frontline teammates, coaching during service, maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards, and ensuring a strong guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast paced food service environment.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
• Comfortable working in a high volume, hands on environment.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leading shifts and supporting daily restaurant operations
• Coaching and directing team members throughout service
• Holding food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards accountable in real time
• Supporting guest recovery and helping create a strong guest experience
• Working all positions throughout the restaurant as needed during service
• Ensuring all food is prepared fresh, hot, and to recipe standards
• Helping maintain an organized, clean, guest ready restaurant at all times
• Supporting inventory, prep, and daily operational organization
• Assisting with catering and large order execution when needed
