Jacksons is seeking a reliable Shift Lead / Head Cashier to oversee daily operations during shifts, lead by example, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will mentor team members, ensure smooth store operations, and adapt quickly to changes while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability for a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in foodservice or retail preferred.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.

• Must meet legal age requirements to sell regulated products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide fast, friendly service, and promote products.
• Perform cashier duties with accuracy and apply promotions.
• Maintain store cleanliness across all areas.
• Stock, rotate, and label shelves and displays.
• Manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales.
• Check in vendors and communicate as needed.
• Lead key store tasks and support special projects.
• Assist with scheduling changes and inform the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate team members with Store leadership.
