Job summary

Saltbox is hiring an Operations Lead to run daily operations at a Saltbox location. You will lead the shift, direct the team, and stay close to members to ensure the location meets Saltbox standards every day.

You will balance on-floor work with coaching others, keeping the building safe and clean, and ensuring systems and workflows run smoothly. The role requires hands-on involvement and leadership throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a team in operations, retail, hospitality, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Comfort with physical, hands-on work and on-floor presence.
• Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or retail operations.
• Strong communicator and proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations at the Saltbox location, opening and closing the site and directing the team.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to keep standards and safety.
• Engage with members on the floor, assist onboarding, and resolve issues.
• Ensure operational enablement: audits, workflow tracking, and reporting.
