Job summary

Five Guys in Littleton, CO is seeking a hands-on Shift Leader to run daily operations. You’ll lead by example, supervise crew, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include jumping into cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room roles; coaching teammates; keeping the kitchen clean and safe; and managing breaks and closing tasks. Previous leadership in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Strong team-first mindset with clear communication.
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Food safety certification preferred (ServSafe or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations on site.
• Work across cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and guest experience.
