Shift Lead – Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $20.50–$21.00 per hour plus estimated tips of $3.00–$6.00 per hour.

Shift Lead – Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity, managing task deployment and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, modeling genuine engagement, commitment to craft, product quality, and friendly service.
• Maintain a positive team environment through clear communication, collaboration, accountability, professionalism, and reliability.
• Execute key responsibilities such as opening/closing routines, cash handling, inventory tasks, and visual updates during assigned shifts.
• Embrace learning and change by actively developing skills, adapting to new priorities, and using sound judgment and problem‑solving to keep shifts running smoothly.

Shift Lead – Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role or directing the work of others.
• At least 1 year of experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities in a related industry.
• Minimum schedule availability of three days a week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays as needed.
• Legal eligibility to work in the country where the position is located and compliance with Peet’s Employment of Minors policies.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required during the shift.
