Pilot Company is seeking a Guest Services (FIELD-GUESTSRVC) associate in Wells, NV. The role focuses on processing merchandise and fuel transactions, supervising a shift of cashiers, and delivering top-tier service to every guest.

You will handle cash/debit/credit transactions, follow guidelines for restricted items, and assist with other travel center tasks while promoting products and ensuring a clean, organized workspace. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and delivering quality customer service.
• Ability to lead a small shift and manage cashiers.
• Familiar with promoting and selling products to guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Follow company and local guidelines with regards to the sale of any restricted merchandise items (i.e., alcohol, tobacco).
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Use suggested selling methods to promote and sell products.
• Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest.
• Handle guest complaints and issues by following company processes and guidelines; resolve team member conflict; and communicate issues to management.
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift.
• Assist with other travel center functions such as maintaining deli, cleaning showers and restrooms, stocking, making coffee, etc.
• Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned
