Job summary

QDOBA in Sparks, NV is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations and lead the team to deliver great guest service and food quality while ensuring brand standards. You will support the Restaurant Manager, train staff, and help drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; must be at least 18.

• Must complete Shift Lead training; ServSafe in some states.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish helpful.
