Burger King in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistants on assigned shifts. You will coordinate guest service, supervise Team Members, and help drive sales uptime while upholding brand standards, safety, and cleanliness.

This role emphasizes efficient product preparation and fast delivery within established service guidelines, inventory management, and continuous coaching to raise the restaurant's overall performance.

• Performs duties of the Team Member when necessary

Hourly Shift Coordinator

Overview

Hourly Shift Coordinators (HSC) is the Shift Leader of the restaurant focused on delivering sales and positive results through Guest & operations coordination.The HSC supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing the operations during assigned shifts driving key performance outcomes.The HSC operates under the direction of the RGM and directly manages a shift of Team Members.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards
